These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pro Care Repair website at procarerepair.com and the automotive repair and maintenance services provided by Pro Care Repair, located at 3300 Valiquette St, Montreal, QC H4S 1X1, Canada.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it in a way that could damage or impair its functionality.
The content on this website is provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. We make no warranty that the information is complete, accurate, or current in all respects. Vehicle-specific advice should be confirmed with a qualified technician.
Service requests submitted through our contact form are not confirmed appointments until we have contacted you to verify availability and confirm the booking. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within one business day.
We ask that customers notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to allocate the appointment time to other customers who may be waiting.
We reserve the right to decline service in circumstances where doing so would be unsafe, outside our service capability, or where previous conduct has given us reason for concern.
Before performing any repair or maintenance work, Pro Care Repair will provide a written estimate of the parts and labour involved. No work beyond the scope of that estimate will be performed without your prior authorization.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. In some cases, the full scope of a repair cannot be determined until work begins. If we discover additional issues during the course of a repair, we will contact you before proceeding.
Verbal authorization is accepted for work approved by phone. A record of this authorization will be noted in the service file.
Final charges will be based on the actual parts and labour required, consistent with the authorized estimate. Any variance from the estimate will be discussed with you before it is incurred.
Payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. The vehicle will be held until payment is received.
Prices listed on this website, if any, are for informational guidance only. Actual pricing depends on your specific vehicle and the scope of work involved.
Parts and labour are warranted against defects for a defined period specific to the type of repair performed. Warranty terms will be communicated at the time of service. Please see our Refund Policy for details on how warranty claims are handled.
Our warranty covers defects in the parts we supply and errors in the workmanship we perform. It does not cover:
When labour-only work is performed using customer-supplied parts, Pro Care Repair is not responsible for the quality, compatibility, or failure of those parts. Labour performed on customer-supplied parts may not be covered by our standard labour warranty. This will be confirmed in writing at the time of service.
We ask that vehicles be delivered in a condition that allows our technicians to work safely. If a vehicle presents significant pre-existing safety hazards unrelated to the service being requested, we may be unable to proceed until those hazards are addressed.
Pro Care Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles that is unrelated to our work. A note of any pre-existing visible damage will be made at drop-off where relevant.
Vehicles not picked up within five business days of service completion, without prior arrangement, may be subject to storage fees. We will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer before applying any such fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Care Repair's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or inconvenience arising from vehicle downtime.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
