Our Services

Repair and maintenance work across the full range of vehicle systems. Every job is approached with care and explained clearly before we begin.

Engine diagnostic scan tool

Engine Diagnostics

When a warning light appears or your engine doesn't feel right, the first step is an accurate diagnosis. We use professional-grade OBD-II scan tools and live data analysis to read fault codes, review sensor outputs, and identify the underlying cause of the problem.

Many shops clear a code and wait to see if it returns. We take a more thorough approach — reviewing freeze frame data, testing related components, and confirming the repair before considering the job complete.

What this service includes

  • Full OBD-II fault code scan
  • Live data analysis (oxygen sensors, MAF, throttle position, etc.)
  • Freeze frame review
  • Visual inspection of related systems
  • Written explanation of findings and recommended action
  • Recommended when: Warning light is on
  • Typical time: 1–2 hours
Brake disc inspection

Brake Repair & Replacement

Brake performance directly affects safety. We conduct thorough brake inspections that cover all four corners of the vehicle — pads, rotors, calipers, brake lines, and hydraulic fluid. We measure pad thickness and rotor depth against manufacturer minimums and assess caliper operation.

When repair is needed, we explain what's worn, what can wait, and what genuinely needs immediate attention. We stock quality components from reputable suppliers for most makes and models.

What this service includes

  • Pad and rotor measurement
  • Caliper inspection and lubrication
  • Brake fluid condition test
  • Brake line visual inspection
  • Replacement of worn components as needed
  • Road test after service
  • Recommended: Every 15,000–30,000 km
  • Typical time: 1–3 hours
Transmission service

Transmission Service

The transmission manages power delivery from the engine to the wheels. Keeping it in good condition requires regular fluid maintenance and prompt attention to any shift irregularities. Neglected transmission fluid degrades over time, becoming less effective at lubricating and cooling internal components.

We service both manual and automatic transmissions — fluid changes, filter replacements, and diagnostic work on shift quality concerns. We avoid recommending transmission flushes unless the vehicle history and fluid condition specifically call for it.

What this service includes

  • Transmission fluid drain and fill
  • Filter replacement (where applicable)
  • Fluid condition and level check
  • Diagnosis of shift quality issues
  • Pan gasket replacement as needed
  • Recommended: Every 50,000–80,000 km
  • Typical time: 1–2 hours
Oil change service

Oil Changes & Scheduled Maintenance

Regular oil changes are the single most effective thing you can do to extend engine life. Fresh oil lubricates moving parts, carries heat away from the engine, and suspends small contaminants until they can be removed by the filter.

We follow your vehicle manufacturer's recommended oil type and interval, and we use the weight and specification your engine requires — not whatever happens to be on sale. During every oil change, we also perform a complimentary vehicle health check covering tires, lights, belts, and fluid levels.

What this service includes

  • Oil drain and filter replacement
  • Manufacturer-specified oil fill (conventional or synthetic)
  • Visual inspection of belts, hoses, and fluids
  • Tire pressure check
  • Lights and wiper inspection
  • Service interval sticker applied
  • Recommended: Every 5,000–8,000 km
  • Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Suspension inspection

Suspension & Steering

Your suspension system absorbs road impacts and keeps the tires in contact with the pavement. Your steering system translates your inputs into vehicle direction. When either is worn or damaged, both ride quality and handling are affected — sometimes in ways that are gradual enough to go unnoticed.

We inspect shock absorbers, struts, ball joints, tie rods, sway bar links, and bushings. We look for uneven tire wear, pull to one side, and handling vagueness — all of which can point to specific suspension or steering faults.

What this service includes

  • Strut and shock absorber inspection
  • Ball joint and tie rod end check
  • Sway bar and link inspection
  • Steering rack assessment
  • Wheel alignment check
  • Replacement of worn components as needed
  • Recommended: Annually or if handling changes
  • Typical time: 1–4 hours depending on scope

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking in advance, especially for larger jobs like full inspections or brake work. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability depends on the current workload. Calling ahead gives us time to prepare and reduces your wait.

Yes. Before any repair work begins, we provide a written breakdown of the parts and labour involved. We won't proceed with any work beyond what was agreed without contacting you first.

We work on most domestic and imported passenger vehicles, light trucks, and commercial vans. If you're unsure whether we can accommodate your vehicle, feel free to call or email before booking.

Simple services like oil changes typically take under an hour. More involved work like brake replacement or suspension repairs can take two to four hours. We'll give you a time estimate at drop-off and update you if anything changes during the job.

Yes. Parts and labour are warranted against defects for a defined period depending on the type of repair. Warranty terms vary by component and supplier. We'll explain the specific warranty that applies to your repair at the time of service. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

We typically supply our own parts through reputable suppliers. If you'd like to discuss using specific parts, contact us before booking. Please note that labour-only jobs on customer-supplied parts may not be covered by our standard parts warranty.

We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Payment is collected at the time of vehicle pickup. Please contact us if you have any questions about payment before your appointment.
