How Pro Care Repair Came to Be
Pro Care Repair was founded by François Lemieux after nearly two decades working in dealership and independent shops across the Montreal area. What drove him to open his own operation was a gap in how shops often communicated with their customers.
Too frequently, customers left with a repaired vehicle but without a real understanding of what had been done, why it was needed, or what to expect from the work. François believed that transparency wasn't just good practice — it was the foundation of a shop's long-term reputation.
Pro Care Repair opened at 3300 Valiquette St in Montreal with a small team, a clear service philosophy, and a commitment to treating every vehicle and every customer with the same level of attention. The shop has grown steadily since, built almost entirely on referrals and repeat business.
Today the team services personal vehicles, small fleets, and commercial vans. The approach remains unchanged: diagnose accurately, explain clearly, and do the work properly the first time.
